Dr. Lynn “Tut” Fuller is a fourth-generation banker who founded Capra Bank in 2022 in Iowa. Capra Bank has grown rapidly since its debut, reaching nearly $500 million in assets. By investing in elite talent and industry-leading technology, the bank sets itself apart from the competition.

Prior to founding Capra Bank, Dr. Fuller oversaw approximately half of the HTLF footprint—and roughly $10 billion in assets—as regional president. In this role, he led the fast-paced turnaround of three member banks and integration of HTLF’s largest acquisition. He previously served as President and CEO of Dubuque Bank & Trust, where he grew assets from $1.3 billion to $2.2 billion and drove the bank to be the most efficient one under the HTLF umbrella.  Prior to working with HTLF, Fuller served as a team leader at Bain & Co., a top three global consultancy.

Fuller received his B.A. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Business from the University of St. Thomas, summa cum laude, where he also was an Academic All-American in tennis. He earned his Medical Doctor Degree from the University of Michigan, while concurrently receiving his MBA from Michigan’s Ross School of Business, with high distinction.

Throughout these experiences, Fuller has taken pride in performing at the highest possible level, while cultivating leading cultures. He considers himself a lifelong learner and finds joy in the process of creating something unique and special.

Possessing a deep industry knowledge and a focus on customer service, Tyson builds and facilitates relationships with clients and supports short- and long-term objectives that foster growth in our community.  Tyson shares his time and talent by serving on the boards of the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, Dubuque Racing Association, Dubuque Museum of Art, and Dubuque County Historical Society/National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium. He currently serves on the City Council representing Ward 1. With a banking career spanning four decades, Greg Garland has experienced the ebbs and flows of the financial industry and navigated them with impressive precision resulting in enviable success. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, he spent his entire banking career in Lubbock and was instrumental in building a prominent community bank from the ground up.

In his daily work Greg is responsible for steering the strategic direction and driving growth in the Lubbock market for Capra Bank. As the leader of the talented team of Texas bankers, he provides guidance, helps establish and monitors the bank’s financial objectives, and helps customers reach new peaks in their personal and business lives.

In his free time, he remains active in the non-profit community. However, his favorite pastime is spending time with his beautiful bride of 40 years, three daughters, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. Greg also closely follows Red Raider Sports and loves time with family at the lake.

Andres began his banking career in 2006 working in treasury management. Over the following years he held positions in business banking, merchant services, and commercial lending. He worked his way up to head of commercial where he supervised a team of bankers and ensured loan quality. Most recently he served as the President and CEO of a local bank. As President at Capra Bank, Andres is responsible for steering the strategic direction of the New Mexico location and driving growth in the market for Capra Bank. As the leader of the talented team of New Mexico bankers, he provides guidance, establishes, and monitors the branch’s financial objectives, and helps customers reach new peaks in their personal and business lives.

Albuquerque has been Andres’ home for the vast majority of his life, with his family having roots in New Mexico dating back to the late 1700’s. He cares deeply about the community and is a habitual volunteer, lending his time to multiple non-profit boards and professional organizations. He currently serves as a vice chair for Adelante Developmental Center inc. and is an active supporter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation. He serves as a Board Ambassador for Junior Achievement of New Mexico and stays involved in the New Mexico Bankers Association.

As a former fly fisherman guide, in his free time Andres loves to fish and is known to use the phrase, “I’d rather be fly fishing.” He enjoys time at home on their modest farm with his family which includes his wife, three kids, and multiple animals.

In his role, Tim oversees lending operations by ensuring loan quality and supporting the strategic goals of the bank while providing guidance to the lending team.

Anyone that knows Tim will tell you that he is a sports enthusiast! She completed her master’s degree in accounting and bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in Spanish at the University of New Mexico. Over the subsequent years, Liz held a number of different positions in various segments of the bank including retail, credit analysis, wealth management, business banking, and commercial banking. She found her passion in commercial banking, supporting business owners in the New Mexico market.

Liz stays involved in multiple non-profits and organizations, lending her time to the community that she adores. She serves as board secretary and treasurer of the New Mexico Bankers Association, serves on the emerging leaders council for the American Bankers Association, the Junior Achievement board, and the Leadership New Mexico board.

He showed particular interest in lending and held positions in underwriting and credit before working his way to commercial banker. During the span of his career, Colton has helped numerous businesses, big and small, spanning many different industries, find success by offering the right solutions and personalized service.

Colton’s dedication extends to the community as well. He currently serves on the Shallowater Youth Football Board, and he is a director for the Shallowater Education Foundation which raises an impressive sum each year for the community’s public school system.

Deeply committed to community service, he serves on the Albuquerque Public Schools Community Capital Advisory Committee, and is Trust Protector for the Questa, New Mexico Economic Development Fund established by Chevron Corporation.

He and his wife, Cynthia M. Gaillour, Principal at Georgia O’Keeffe Elementary School in Albuquerque, are proud parents of their son, Zachary, who earned his Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of New Mexico and is employed with a local architectural firm. Outside of banking, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and music. A lifelong drummer, he performs with the local band Vintage Underground.

Paul Richter brings over 20 years of banking experience and a passion for helping businesses grow to his role as Vice President of Commercial Banking at Capra Bank.

Paul began his career in 2005 where he quickly advanced from a personal banker to commercial lending officer. Over the next decade, he built expertise in credit analysis, portfolio management, and commercial lending leadership, serving in senior roles at well-known community banks and later with larger regional financial institutions. His career has included leadership positions such as credit manager, portfolio manager, and senior vice president of credit products.

A graduate of the University of New Mexico with a degree in History and a master’s degree in Music from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, Paul blends creativity and analytical insight to deliver thoughtful, personalized banking solutions.

Paul is actively engaged in his community, serving as Treasurer and Board Member for Rebuilding Together Sandoval County and as a Board Member for the Risk Management Association (RMA) New Mexico Chapter. He also supports his wife’s congregation where he occasionally directs or performs with the church choir.

Outside the office, Paul’s interests reflect his energy and curiosity. He has visited over 35 countries, completed 10 marathons, and continues to enjoy running, traveling, and supporting UNM basketball. A lifelong musician, Paul holds a master’s in trombone performance and continues to stay connected to music whenever possible.

She started her career in banking in 2006 as a marketing specialist. Over the course of her career, she worked at several well-respected community banks. In 2015 she earned the professional certification of Certified Financial Marketing Professional through the American Bankers Association.

As the director of marketing at Capra Bank, Kathy oversees brand integrity, advertising campaigns, social strategy and event planning, all of which work to support Capra Bank’s strategic goals.

Kathy serves on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Center, is an active member of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and regularly volunteers at a local dog rescue. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and dog. Her hobbies include working out, wake-surfing, traveling, and watching her boys play sports.
