Jeff brings more than 35 years of banking experience to Capra Bank, with a career built on leadership, relationship banking, and community involvement. This longtime resident of Boise is a respected leader within the Treasure Valley banking community.

Jeff began his banking career in 1990 and has held a wide range of roles throughout his career, including operations, credit, commercial banking, special assets, team leadership, and management. His diverse experience allows him to help businesses navigate challenges and achieve their financial goals.

A graduate of Santa Clara University with a degree in Finance, Jeff also completed Pacific Coast Banking School. He currently serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County and the St. Luke’s Treasure Valley Health Foundation.

Jeff and his wife, Alaina, have been married for more than 33 years and have two children. In his free time, he enjoys golf, tennis, live music, and travel.

Ben Moore serves as head of Commercial Banking for Capra Bank’s Boise team, bringing nearly 20 years of banking experience and a deep connection to the Treasure Valley. Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and raised in Boise, Ben began his banking career in 2007 as a teller and steadily advanced through a variety of roles in retail banking, trust services, special assets, and commercial banking before leading commercial banking teams. His broad experience and relationship-focused approach help businesses navigate opportunities and achieve long-term success.

Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of Idaho and is an honors graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. He currently serves on the boards of Bogus Basin Recreation Association and Learning Lab and has previously held advisory roles with Create Common Good and United Way of Treasure Valley.

Ben and his wife, Lauren, have two children, Luke and Maddie. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, camping, golfing, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Kelly brings more than 25 years of banking experience to Capra Bank, with a career built on commercial banking, credit expertise, and helping businesses achieve long-term success. Kelly has resided in Boise since 2003 after graduating from Eastern Washington University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Kelly began her banking career in 1999 as a teller while attending college and has steadily advanced through a variety of commercial banking and credit leadership roles. Her experience spans commercial lending, credit analysis, relationship management, and credit administration, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the financial needs of businesses across a wide range of industries. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing strong client relationships and providing thoughtful financial guidance that supports long-term growth. In addition to her bachelor’s degree, Kelly earned an associate degree from Walla Walla Community College.

Kelly enjoys spending time with her 12-year-old daughter and taking advantage of everything Idaho has to offer. Whether she’s attending live music, skiing, hiking, or exploring the outdoors, she values an active lifestyle and making lasting memories with family and friends.

Born and raised in Boise, Jeff brings extensive experience in business development, investor relations, and strategic relationship management.

Throughout his career, Jeff has worked closely with business owners, investors, developers, and community leaders to identify opportunities, build trusted partnerships, and support long-term growth. His background spans real estate investment, construction, infrastructure, strategic consulting, and public service, giving him a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing businesses throughout Idaho.

Deeply connected to the Boise community, Jeff has held numerous civic and leadership positions. He currently serves on the Saint Alphonsus Health System Board and has held leadership roles with Hillcrest Country Club and the Children’s School of Boise. His community involvement has also included the First Tee of Idaho and the City of Boise Historic Preservation Commission.

At Capra Bank, Jeff brings his relationship-driven approach and extensive network to helping commercial clients connect with financial solutions and opportunities that support their continued growth and success.

Lori brings more than 40 years of banking experience to Capra Bank, with a career built around treasury management, client relationships, and exceptional service. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, she moved to the Boise area 30 years ago and has since become a well-known leader in the Treasure Valley banking community.

Beginning her career as a teller in 1985, Lori advanced through a variety of banking and treasury management roles, ultimately serving as a senior treasury sales leader and trusted advisor to businesses throughout the region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has completed extensive professional development through the American Bankers Association and holds an Electronic Data Interchange certification.

A Leadership Boise graduate and active community volunteer, Lori has served as a mentor, board member, and guest lecturer throughout her career. She and her husband have three children and four grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, outdoor concerts, gluten-free baking, and collecting classic band t-shirts.

Tonya Westenskow brings more than 35 years of banking experience to Capra Bank, with a career built around relationship banking, team development, and serving businesses and communities throughout Idaho. Her extensive background spans private banking, branch management, consumer and small business lending, treasury solutions, and regional leadership.

Throughout her career, Tonya has earned a reputation for developing high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and building lasting client relationships. Her broad leadership experience and deep understanding of the Treasure Valley market allow her to bring a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Tonya is also deeply committed to the Boise community. A 2020 Leadership Boise graduate, she served for a decade on the Boise Public Library Board, including as President, and has contributed her time and leadership to the Boise Public Library Foundation, United Way of Treasure Valley, Meridian Chamber of Commerce, Boise Bench Lions Club, Assistance League of Boise, and numerous other organizations. Her professional and civic contributions have earned several honors, including the Idaho Business Review’s Excellence in Finance Award as well as a TWIN honoree.

Outside of banking, Tonya continues to be passionate about strengthening her community and building meaningful relationships throughout the Treasure Valley.
