Our Team

Tut Fuller is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Capra Bank. He founded Capra Bank, after he successfully acquired Peoples Savings Bank and launched operations headquartered in Dubuque in April 2023.

Taking his wealth of family and personal banking experience, Fuller is building a bank that delivers something extra to the clients and communities it serves. He believes in building a true team, where elite talent works together to achieve a common goal and help others reach new heights. Fuller knows that combining top-notch talent with modern technology can give clients the edge they deserve. And when a bank is built on a foundation of integrity, making local decisions that benefit the local community, it can have a positive ripple effect that elevates everyone.

Prior to this, Tut held many different roles within the financial industry including CEO of DB&T and being HTLF’s Regional President over banks in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Texas totaling ~$10B in assets. He also concurrently led M&A integration, Strategic planning, oversaw both Consumer Banking and Marketing EVPs, and led a project to generate ~$50 million dollars of cost savings at HTLF.

Fuller lives in Dubuque with his wife, Ali, and their three children. He’s an avid outdoorsman and adventurer, with a passion for exploring and viewing the world from a new perspective.

With over 16 years of commercial community banking experience, Tyson understands the importance of having a strong local banking presence with local decision making. Possessing a deep industry knowledge and a focus on customer service, Tyson builds and facilitates relationships with clients and supports short- and long-term objectives that foster growth in our community.  Tyson shares his time and talent by serving on the boards of the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, Dubuque Racing Association, Dubuque Museum of Art, and Dubuque County Historical Society/National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium. He resides in Dubuque with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Piper and Winston.

With over 30 years of community banking experience, Duane helps commercial businesses grow within the Dubuque market. Duane advises customers and prospects on their working capital, deposit, and treasury management needs, while being a trusted advisor providing market insights and solutions for business owners. Outside of work, he advances the Dubuque community by serving on several nonprofit boards including the Foundation Board of Area Residential Care and Loras College Alumni Board. He also serves as a Pony League baseball volunteer. Duane resides in East Dubuque and enjoys spending time with his daughters and three grandkids.

Dan has spent two decades serving commercial banking clients in the Dubuque area. At Capra Bank, he is the primary point of contact helping local businesses navigate their banking and lending needs. Over the course of his career, Dan has learned that a strong local banking presence is critical to helping a community thrive. He is passionate about working for a bank where decisions are made locally and in the best interests of clients. Dan resides in Dubuque with his wife, Aimee, and their four children. He has held key positions for multiple community nonprofit organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Dubuque, Holy Family Catholic Schools, and Greater Dubuque Development Corp.


Josh helps local businesses navigate all their banking and lending needs. This includes credit, treasury management, and other solutions to help their businesses grow. He brings over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, primarily in the Dubuque market. Josh is currently pursuing an MBA and is a past participant of leadership development programs including Leadership Dubuque, the Dardis Academy, and the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program. He obtained his Iowa Banking Association’s Commercial Banking certificate. Josh believes in giving back and actively serves on the YMCA Dubuque Board, Greater Dubuque Development Corp. Future Leaders, Aquin Finance Board, and the Two by Two Development Committee. He also participates in the 100+ Men Who Care initiative. Josh resides in Cascade with his wife, Molly, and their children, Grayson and Jordy.

Keith brings over 10 years of financial services experience to Capra Bank, where he works closely with commercial business owners to meet their unique needs. He offers personalized financial consultation and helps business owners secure capital and streamline operations. Keith is an Iowa Banking Association School of Banking graduate, Leadership Dubuque program graduate, and member of 100+ Men Who Care. A lifelong resident of the Dubuque area, Keith currently resides in Asbury with his wife, Lynn, their children, Vivian and Beau, and their golden retriever, Boone.

With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff works with commercial businesses to provide an enhanced commercial banking experience and drive efficiencies for our customers. He works with clients to improve process efficiency, optimize working capital, mitigate fraud risks, and streamline accounts payable and accounts receivable. Jeff actively gives back to the community by sitting on the board for Junior Achievement of Central Iowa, where he helps promote financial literacy among youth. He also coaches several youth sports teams. Jeff resides in Norwalk, Iowa, with his wife, Heather, and their three children, Payton, Bode, and Baya.

Dietz helps local businesses drive financial results by creating process efficiency, optimizing working capital, and mitigating fraud risks. With over five years of experience in the financial and treasury management field, he improves day-to-day operations by focusing on automation and ease for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Dietz believes in giving back and actively serves as a West Des Moines Chamber Ambassador, a volunteer at Shiner’s Children’s Hospital, and head track and field coach for Camp Nubability, a sports camp for amputee children. Outside of the office, Dietz is an avid hunter and outdoorsmen and enjoys his yearly elk hunting trip in Colorado. He is a dog dad of one-year-old golden retriever, Millie.

Carissa Clinton has over six years of banking experience helping consumers with their banking needs. She is passionate about banking as she enjoys helping customers find solutions to achieve their financial goals through technology, products, and exceptional service. Carissa resides in Colesburg, with her husband Chad and their children, Charlie and Cooper, with another child on the way.

Michele helps educate consumers on products and services that will assist in meeting their financial needs while providing exceptional customer service. Michele finds fulfillment in making a positive impact on clients’ lives and being part of their important milestones, such as purchasing their first car, dream home, or setting up their children’s accounts. Outside of work, she gives back to her community by being a volunteer officiant at Dubuque AYSO. Michele and her husband enjoy the outdoor activities offered in Dubuque, often exploring local trails with their dogs.

With over 18 years of experience in the banking industry, Michelle works closely with clients discussing their financial situation and finding products and services to fit their specific needs. Michelle stays busy in the community as a Dubuque Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. She resides in Bellevue, Iowa, with her husband Kevin, and enjoys spending quality time with family. Their spare time is often filled with camping trips and driving their UTV.

Ariel Herman has over seven years of banking experience helping consumers and businesses with their banking needs. She is passionate about banking as she enjoys helping customers find solutions to achieve their financial goals through technology, products, and exceptional service. Ariel resides in Dubuque, with her husband and their two children.

Adam works closely with clients, engaging in in-depth conversations about their financial circumstances, and tailors product and service solutions to meet their distinctive requirements. Outside of work, Adam and his wife, Katie, have one daughter and he enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and watching movies.

Representing the fourth generation of his family in the industry, Curtis always knew that he wanted to pursue a career in banking. He started at Capra Bank, formerly Peoples Savings Bank, a dozen years ago and has carried out a variety of roles in that time. Today, Curtis helping consumers and businesses in the Montezuma area with their banking needs. He lives in Montezuma with his wife, Aimee, and their four children. Curtis is active in the community, serving on the Montezuma City Council and volunteering with the Montezuma Fire Department.

As Vice President at Capra Bank in Montezuma, Nicole oversees aspects of daily operations, as well as assisting consumers and businesses with their banking needs. Nicole has worked at Capra Bank, formerly Peoples Savings Bank, for 28 years. When she is away from the bank, she strives to spend as much time with her children and grandchildren as possible.
