Do a little math: Add up the anticipated amount of money going out of your old account in the next month, then multiply that number by 1.75. Keep that amount in your existing account. Anything above that amount can be transferred out of your old account and into your new Capra Bank account.
Transfer the money: There are three easy ways to transfer funds into your Capra Bank account: 1) Initiate a wire transfer; 2) Write a check to yourself and deposit it with Capra Bank. Enter a description of the transfer in the memo field (i.e., “for deposit only”), and make sure to use one check per account transfer; or 3) Once your new account is opened and your Mobile/Online Banking access is established, you can use TransferNow to transfer funds electronically between accounts at Capra Bank and different financial institutions.
